The short version
We collect only what we need to help you: your name and phone number when you choose to share them, so our team can contact you about your results and appointments. The photos you take in our AI tools are not stored on our servers. We never sell your information.
What we collect, and when
- AI screening tools (AI Smile Check, Facial & Orthodontic Analysis): before your analysis runs we ask for your name and phone number with an explicit consent checkbox. Alongside these we store which tool you used, the date, and — after the analysis completes — the AI's one-line urgency suggestion and top concern, so the clinic can prioritise follow-ups. We do not store your photos or the full report.
- Contact & appointment forms: the details you type in (name, phone, and optionally email and your message).
- WhatsApp: if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation happens directly between you and the clinic's WhatsApp number — including any photos you choose to attach yourself.
Your photos in the AI tools
Photos you capture are processed transiently to generate your screening: measurement lines in the Facial Analysis are computed on your own device, and images are sent securely to our AI provider (Google Gemini) only to generate the analysis — then discarded. We do not save them, and they reach the clinic only if you personally attach and send them on WhatsApp.
Why we collect it (purpose)
- To contact you about your screening results and help you book a consultation.
- To respond to your enquiries and manage appointments.
- To understand, in aggregate, how our website and tools are used (see Analytics below).
We do not use your details for third-party marketing, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Where it's stored and who can see it
Details you submit are stored in a secured database (Supabase) accessible only to the clinic team. Access from this website to that database happens through protected server-side keys — your details are never exposed in the browser.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics to measure page visits and button clicks (for example, how many people start a WhatsApp chat). This is aggregate usage data; the analysis content of your AI screening is not sent to analytics.
Your rights — access, correction, deletion
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the details we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent to being contacted. Just message us on WhatsApp at +91 8618 910 357, call the clinic, or email thetoothstop@gmail.com. We'll act on deletion requests promptly.
Children
Our AI tools and forms are intended for adults. For patients under 18, a parent or guardian should provide the details and consent.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will be flagged on the tools that collect your details.
